Our success has been the direct result of the committed men, volunteers, and corporate partners who have invested their time and resources to impact young black males and their families as well as the local community. We seek members who are interested in making a difference in our community and are willing to contribute their time and talents to the organization.

Interested individuals MUST be sponsored by a current member. The interested candidate is asked to submit an application, meet with the members, and attend at least one of the chapter's events in order to complete the application process.
